One on One
Using the Whole Life Model of Coaching, I evaluate ten key areas including health, career, friendships, finances, love/partnership, spirituality, family relationships, physical environment, and professional development to identify what is working well and what opportunities exist for change.
It is largely client led and always involves collaborative work that will challenge you to attain the goals you set and achieve the life you want. While the average duration of coaching sessions can vary, you can expect to work with me an average of three months. Zoom and Skype available on a case by case basis.

Set goals and strategize how to accomplish them.
Revisit goals to determine progress and need for additional time or conclusion.
