 Regina Stafford has been my lifecoach for ten months. Before working with her, I had not considered having a coach – I’ve used a personal work-out trainer, a therapist, and various teachers, but I thought Life Coaches were only for CEOs or movie stars. I’m happy to have discovered I was wrong. Having Regina as a coach has been a compelling and enriching experience,  while also a motivating, productive and practical one. No matter who one is, or where we are in our lives, we all have dreams. Regina was excellent  at helping me clarify and act on mine. She is very open and seemed to relish helping me define and execute both short and long-term goals. She will be able to help anyone with their own unique goals. As a coach, Regina seemed very comfortable utilizing a wide array of techniques Some of these were about how to DO, and others were about how to THINK. But all were clear, practical and solution oriented - whether directed towards accomplishing specific tasks, focusing on long-range plans, or overcoming internal obstacles. Regina was very approachable and trustworthy. I enjoyed our phone meetings, and she was unfailingly supportive and genuine. She helped me to focus without being overly directive – giving me the space to dream and to come up with my own solutions. Particularly impressive was how she identified a long-standing self-image  problem that had been undermining my efforts. She taught me an uncomplicated method of dealing with it, delivered in a fashion both calming and non-judgemental. It was simple but revolutionary, and has giving me the tools to deal with this previously unyielding stumbling block. Having a skilled and objective person to discuss work and life ambitions with, and to receive such useful feedback from, has been an extraordinary opportunity, and one that that I highly recommend. I’m glad to refer her for future work, and would be readily available to talk with potential new clients if they would like to do so. I feel everybody would be lucky to have the experience I’ve had with Regina.
